In fact, the Bible always teaches us to stay alert and be vigilance, but how can someone be always on the “On” mode? This is one tip I always stress, not only to others, but also I apply to myself. I have a notebook with me or stack of blank paper with me and a nice ballpen with me all the time. This ensure I don’t forget anything. They are especially useful, when you come to discuss any matter that you will need in the future.
This tip is very basic, but not everyone is implementing it. Last year, I bought in the idea and purchased David Allen’s wallet which contained a pen and a small notepad within the wallet itself. The wallet is not cheap, but I find it to be worth every dollar. If you have your own office, you are recommended to put a stack of paper besides your computer so that you may refer to it at all times.
This simple tip has given me efficiencies in what I do and I highly recommend this approach.
